MBA Program
We offer a flexible MBA program that can be completed either online or in person. Our MBA program is designed for professionals who are seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in business administration, leadership, and management.
Accounting
The BBA in Accounting program at EKU is nationally accredited and is designed to provide students with the solid educational foundation that employers expect of today’s graduates. This foundation not only includes the technical accounting knowledge necessary to successfully pass the various professional examinations, but also includes a strong general business background that allows accounting professionals to move quickly into upper management positions or become business entrepreneurs themselves.
General Business
The General Business major provides students with a learning experience that will prepare them to begin a career in business and convince them that this is the first step in a lifelong educational process. The general business major develops broad capabilities in several areas of business: management, marketing, international business, finance, and information systems. The flexibility of the General Business program and student-centered faculty enables students to customize an academic program to fit their needs.

PGA Golf Management
The PGA Golf Management program is accredited by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) allowing students at EKU to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing with the PGA Golf Management concentration.
EKU’s PGA Golf Management program is housed in the AACSB accredited College of Business. The EKU PGA Golf Management program is a comprehensive business education that prepares students for multiple careers in the golf industry. The PGA Golf Management concentration contains 40 credit hours of the total 123 credit hours needed to graduate.
Management
The management major is designed to provide graduates with the combination of a broad understanding of how businesses operate in a variety of settings and industries and a set of skills and experiences in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling teams, small groups, larger departments, and the overall firm. An emphasis is placed on incorporating many professional frames of reference to define and solve problems and act as an agent of the company.
Marketing
Marketing is increasingly the critical force driving today’s successful business. Marketing is at the core of overall strategy for manufacturers, service companies, and not-for-profit institutions. Every successful organization recognizes an effective marketing program as a necessity for providing a high level of customer satisfaction and, in turn, achieving organizational goals. All organizations seek highly motivated, professionally educated marketing specialists to design and execute their customer-driven marketing programs.

The Risk Management and Insurance program at EKU is ranked #1 by AM Best Magazine in their College Standouts Survey 2022.
