April Russell Perry Visiting as CBT's Distinguished Speaker
We are honored to have April Russell Perry ('86, BBA Finance/Investments; '96 MBA), as this year’s Distinguished Speaker.
April, a native of Ashland, Ky., is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kentucky Farmers Bank in Ashland.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance/Investments in 1986 from Eastern Kentucky University and returned home to work as Auditor and then Controller for Kentucky Farmers Bank. In 1989, she was elected to the Board of Directors for KFB and has continued serving on the Board. April moved to Lexington and returned to Eastern Kentucky University to earn her MBA in 1996. In 2007, April returned to Ashland and was named CEO and Chairman of the Board of KFB, a community bank with three locations in Boyd County, Ky and a Loan Production Office in Lexington, KY.
