This year marks the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

But what might King tell Eastern Kentucky University students if he were alive today?

That was the question posed by two-time EKU graduate Dr. Anton Reece, now president of West Kentucky Community and Technical College, when he addressed attendees who packed the Keen Johnson Ballroom for the University’s eighth annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Award Banquet on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
