Jeri Isbell is an experienced human resources executive, finance and accounting executive and community leader. Over ten years of experience as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lexmark International with significant experience in and a passion for employee development and mentoring, executive succession planning, diversity and inclusion. Over seven years in the finance and accounting areas serving as the U.S. Controller and VP Finance for the largest division. Serving on the Kentucky State Chamber Board, the National GEM Consortium Board, and The Nature Conservancy Kentucky Chapter Board.

She has been elected to the Board of Directors of Atkore International and is serving on the Audit Committee and is Chairperson of the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for SiteOne Landscape Supply in Roswell, Ga., the largest and only national wholesale distributer of landscaping supplies in the U.S. Her duties include the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committees.

Her love of service to the community runs deep. She has also served on the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Kentucky Judicial Compensation Commission, Lexington Catholic High School Board of Directors and Finance Council, Catholic Diocese of Lexington Finance Council, and the YMCA of the Bluegrass.

Isbell enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking and, very soon, golf. She has three grown children and one grandson.
